Account Manager- Software Sales- Oakland County

To focus on the identification and sales of software, hardware and services solutions for new and existing accounts

Specific Duties
Define and develop new business opportunity for software sales
Continue development of current sales opportunities in Key Accounts in the Automotive, Aerospace, Electronic, Lighting and Consumer goods sectors, in order to meet annual revenue targets
Develop Account Plans
Building and maintaining intensive business relationships with customers, both existing and new
Provide market feedback to product development activities
Participate in marketing activities in territory

Successful sales experience in the area of direct sales with major customers
Experienced background of major account management

Clear and concise presentation and communication skills
Proficient negotiation skills

Qualifications & Experience Desired
Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent – desirable
Minimum of 8 years CAD/CAE sales experience at major account level – required
Experience in, or exposure to the industry – desirable
Knowledge of, and exposure to leading platform solutions such a CATIA, PRO/E, SolidWorks & NX – required
